childs rights

Well this is short but really hard hitting. It was like a horrid facination. I had to watch it twice. Awful stuff but incredibly well portrayed. Well done ISPCC. The Irish are good at blunt.

I warn you these 40 secs are quite harsh. This is not clever, there is no need to watch if you are unsure.

rapture, are you still here?

google cloud connect

We have various issues that will all be sorted by this – personally I have little use for the office products as I use google online docs for most things. The only real reason for me to use microsoft office stuff is to help other people who want to use that but struggle…….

Support for users who hate change – now that is another post……….

the point about the hat

I get a lot of comments and stick, when younger, about the fact that I wear a hat a lot. I have been wearing hats for a long time and the current Tilley I have had for years and it lives in the back of my car. I wear it a lot and still get comments even in my old age. I was never trendy but at 40 I am trying to get the kids to wear hats every day. This has varying degrees of success. Here is my son and I a couple of years back and you can see the shade as the hats work.

During this cloudy time our solar panels are producing loads of electricity, which kind of points to the fact that the solar energy is there even when the sun is not, the kids are very vocal on not looking stupid in a hat. One of them wears a balaclava type affair, while playing in the back garden, in the heat because he does not like the hat. Lesson here is we need to buy some more hats……

This clip is well worth a watch and I realise that we are not exempt and may succumb to something in this category but from an early age this is a factor in why I wore a hat.

I am an avid techy, google fan. I have over the last few years moved my life to the google cloud and am comfortable in a chromebook but guys seriously

CrashPadder

As the recession progresses there are many ways to try to make the mortgage payment. Crashpadder is an idea my wife has decided on to at least creating the possibility of an opportunity. This sparks many questions over vetting, security etc. But sometimes you have to have faith, so here it is………

google music

I am not really a music expert and usually will opt to listen to a book firtst but sometimes you just want that song. I love spotify but as I, don’t really get into music, would never pay for the premium service. My itunes library is a joke my IPOD is full of books, both educational and fictional.

As a google fan can this enthuse me to take and interest in music so I actually have what I want when I want it. ??

I want one…..
